Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end IT sales with proven expertise in the USA and Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US & Canadian IT markets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT sales / business development.
  • Strong understanding of US & Canadian IT markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
